Timbergram’s products are all made from Natural Wood. This means that each product will differ from the next. We aim to only supply the highest quality of product, and service. If you are not happy with the product that has arrived, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know.
Because of the nature of the product, wood can splinter. We advise that you take care when handling our products, to make sure they are no pieces sticking out. We do our best to check everything before we send it out, but sometimes we will miss something, or during delivery the product will change.
For our postcards we use Royal Mail First Class. This is the normal postal service, and is not tracked. Sometimes, very rarely, they will lose items. If your Postcard order takes longer than 5 days to arrive, please get in contact with us, because it has most probably be lost in the post.
For large orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. If the box is large, you may need to be in to receive delivery.
Returns and refunds: We will happily replace anything that arrives damaged. We cannot accept returns on any product that is customised. If you are completely unsatisfied with a product, please contact us.
